Are you still running? I have just started to get back into running, find it very difficult to push. Getting there… We have some 31º degrees today and it should be the last of the hot days. Defo prefer the colder seasons.

Thank you. It certainly seems like it. During my early morning run today it was much cooler but sunny, the seasons are definitely changing.

Yeah started a couple months ago. Am using Runna app to guide me back into it. Seems to be working.
Agree some of this summers heat is too much for Europe!
