A leaf, clinging onto my roof window

Just Shoot It! // Vintage Lens Challenge

I’ve decided the best way to get to know my new camera is to just use it (I know right!).

I also want to practice using the vintage lenses and focussing.

I have therefore challenged myself to leave my camera out (it’s usually packed away in a camera bag in a cupboard), ready to shoot and shoot once a day.

I can take shots of anything and as many or as few as I like.

I simply have to shoot.

I am aware this could be a collection of great or terrible photos. Only time will tell.

Here’s today’s photo:

(As if this wasn’t challenging enough I have also decided to use the SOOC JPEGs with no editing #nopressure).

  1. I’m happy to see your post because I have found I haven’t been shooting enough these days either and I think part of it is I used to leave one camera sitting on a shelf in my living room ready to roll. However now, like you did I have them all (the ones I want to use) put away in a cupboard. I’m gonna pull a camera out today and make sure I walk out the door with it at some point. Thanks for the inspiration!
