Yeah know what you mean… this year so far has been a bummer… in Sweden 🇸🇪 just too cold – then working full time 3 weeks (no time for running) and on the second last day went over on my ankle… just getting better now with all the swelling and colors nearly gone 😒 unbelievable start

This cold/flu has been a pain. Most people I know have had it and have had it recur and get them a second time. Richard currently has it!
