A perfect summer evening run

1. My first run trying out gels – apart from the stickiness them seemed ok
2. First run through Cymbeline Wood, Farm and Meadows
3. I stopped mid way to take a short video (see above) – Enda take note of the views
4. I ran with butterflies and rabbits
5. Discovered the local Tennis, Cricket Club and Stables – 10 minutes from the house!

A perfect summer evening run 😉
