Hard conditions for 4 miles but loved it!

I've not run in nearly a week due to other commitments but was determined to complete my 4 mile run this week.

Not the best conditions but as you can tell from the video, it all went rather well 🙂

    Well believe it, we had those conditions in the afternoon – so you can imagine how glad I was getting out lunchtime.

    We have a very strange lit sunset at the moment… so all is calm again 🙂
