I changed from my usual coffee house to Starbucks because a) the iPhone Passbook app is very handy and b) my usual coffee shop has changed to a darker blend.

My experience with the local Starbucks has not been great…

First off they can’t spell Keith. Twice I’ve had to spell it out for them.

This morning my tall latte ended up a tall soya latte. When I argued that this wasn’t what I ordered I was greeted with blank states.

Why is it the Procession House Starbucks staff in the City cannot understand English spoken by an Englishman?

I’m reverting back to my previous coffee shop from Monday.

  1. Some Starbucks employees make mistakes but I have the feeling that this particular Starbucks is making a huge mistake by not paying attention I mean they work in a coffee shop HELLO
