For the first time since I started running, work will disrupt my schedule.
I have been working like crazy since returning from my holiday and with a project launch imminent I’m just not going to be able to fit in another run until the weekend. And then I’m not sure if I’m going to be working then.
I know I’ll pick things up again and get on with it but it annoys me that my workload is so heavy that there simply isn’t enough time to get out even for a 30 minute run.
I had contemplated running at lunch tomorrow and had imagined a route down to Westminster but due to software platform switch overs this won’t be possible.
I am really unhappy about this state of affairs.
I was dog tired following Mondays filming and wasn’t going to run yesterday but I squeezed in a 30 minute run and felt better for it.
Knowing I won’t get this ability to switch off, de-stress and keep up with my training is really cheesing me off 😦

I know what you mean, some work commitments will do the same for me soon. I’ll have to switch my runs around. I cant give them up though, I’ve noticed that I turn into a bear with a sore head!

I don’t have the option to switch runs which is annoying. Last nights reduced run was due to work and being so tired.
It’s bloody annoying isn’t it?
I don’t ask for much!
