Early Start and Full of Beans

Great early run today. Out at 6:41 as I squeezed a run in early cause we have guests.

Had a wobbly start due to a combination of cold air and my asthma but got past that and ran a good 7:21 pace.

I decided to put in some very quick sprints at the end to see what I was capable of. Enjoyed them so did a couple.

Nice solid run with a great pace and a decent burst of energy for first thing on a Saturday.

Feeling great. Really enjoyed today and the best bit is I have the rest of the day to enjoy with our friends 🙂
