Running with Asthma

Following a brief period without needing my inhalers I am now back on the medication due to a chest cough which has annoyed me for the best part of two weeks. This hasn’t and won’t stop me running though.

Sadly this video update isn’t just about that as the Nike+ Running app crashed 5 times today. I ran the same distance as Tuesday, I ran for longer and I believe at a similar pace and yet the app has recorded 2K less and buggered up my pace. Watch the video to get an impression of how fed I am with Nike.

I have praise for Get Running as I have recommended it to JonnyOx and Wai who have both taken up running and (like me) cannot recommend the coaching app enough.
