Party like it’s July 2011

I cannot believe that after such a drought of good music, my ear drums have been greeted with several albums worth of gloriousness.

You will already have seen my enthusiam for Foster the People and Metronomy, this of course comes on the back of the great new album Adulthood from Cocknbullkid and the great new single Talk Talk Talk by Darren Hayes.

Imagine my joy when I was recommended a couple of other gems… The first is Junior Boys with their new album It’s All True which really is a piece of electro genius.

I am very pleased to have discovered Miami Horror through Shazam app on my iPhone. I heard them somewhere and Shazamed them and within 5 minutes had the excellent track Holidays on my iPhone. I liked it so much I ended up purchasing the album Illumination.

Now I’ve done the leg work and the recommendations – all you have to do is click the links and have a listen from yourself. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
