Unconventional

Sometimes you have to wait for a photo. Sometimes it’s instant. Sometimes it’s both.

Whilst sat at the cafe at the Royal Academy of Arts I observed this guy walk through the whole courtyard with his umbrella inside out.

It was chucking it down and he made not attempt to correctly orientate his umbrella.

I tried to take a photo in an instant as he came across the courtyard and the iPhone camera app failed me.

Luckily he took his time so I could reframe the shot and try again!
