Morning breaks over Jumbo

I got out to have my allotted outside exercise a little later this morning so the sun was already up.

I was a little flat but the cloud formation was quite dramatic.

On the walk back towards the house, I noticed the effect of the cloud over the Jumbo Water Tower in the middle of Colchester so took a couple shots.

I did like this in colour and I also tried a black and white/colour hybrid but felt the shot was more dramatic in black and white.

I have edited the photo to take out the large highlight made by the sun, can you see the join?
