Today’s 35mm shot is another one of Maldon in Essex.
Richard likes this shot and told me it looked like a Victorian Postcard.
With the vignetting, the tones and the landscape, I can see his point!
I am sure some of the small boats are not of the era but apart from that, it does look like a vintage postcard.

This black and white image was shot with Ilford FP4 Plus 125.
I don’t know when I will get to test the Ilford HP5+ 400 or the OM10 as the weather is still pretty dreadful and there are no deliveries at present.
We had a lot of snow again this morning but now the current problem is very bitter high winds.
I did go for a walk around the block and took two snaps with the Olympus Trip 35 but I didn’t get really inspired (maybe as everything was covered in snow and it was very cold).
I did take another landscape shot and an off the hip shot of a family out enjoying the wintry conditions.
I’ll be interested to see if the off the hip shot comes out as candid as the last one I attempted.
I think there may be one or two other shots to share from this roll and that will be it until I get the current Fujicolor C200 roll developed. (Of course, I have to fill it full of shots first!).
I hope you are enjoying this series of film photographs – please do let me know what you think by leaving a comment or dropping me an email.
One final thing… I am thinking of changing the name of my site (and the URL), I have a thought but am not sure if it will work or not. If you had a blog which focussed on photography, running etc – what would you call it?
If you are interested in the Olympus Trip 35 Film Camera I am using, be sure to check out Amazon as there are some serviced ones for sale.
You can see more photos from this collection in my portfolio.
