Of all the tracks, songs and mixes I have tried since running I have created and stuck with a playlist I like. Mainly because I add things to it ad hoc so I am generally surprised by what comes next when running.
The playlist is getting a little familiar but I keep adding and removing tracks to keep it fresh.
I find the mix of tempos and style to be a bit more interesting than a bog standard running mix or dance playlist.
Of course some of this is personal preference but I thought it would be worth sharing it.
I decided to put together a Spotify playlist so you can have a listen and maybe take it out on the road in your next run.
It’s also available on iTunes for you to preview, play and possibly purchase!
Typically not all tracks or mixes are on Spotify but this is the majority of the songs.
I hope you find this mix as exhilarating as I do when running (or maybe when driving or walking!).
