The sole has worn to the upper layer of tread and this is causing me to get pins and needles in the ball of my foot when I run.
I didn’t have time to get fitted for a new pair (I wanted to try Nikes) so have ordered the same Asics online. I made a saving of £35 at sportsshoes.com.
The new trainers are not as reserved as my white, black and gold pair. As you can see my new ones are rather bright but as we are heading into winter this isn’t such a bad thing.
I shall start to break these in over the next week or so.
