South West Run

Not a bad first run in Plymouth. Of course being Plymouth there were very steep hills and lots of mist and rain but ultimately I am glad I got out there today.

It's quite fitting that I ran my Game on World run in a difference place from home in Colchester 🙂

We came down to Plymouth yesterday and I spent my day coughing and spluttering at my parents. I wasn't sure about going out as I was feeling rough but I got out there and enjoyed the run.

Hills are bloody steep in Plymouth and my parents live at the bottom of a valley but I persevered and pushed through and am really pleased with my first run in Devon.

The World is Mine

Today is #findgreatness / #gameonworld day from Nike. All the build up. All the effort and I've acquired my badge for running with the world today.

I have found my greatness. Have you?

Many congratulations to Liam Heath and Tom Daley for their medal wins yesterday. TeamGB have been amazing. Our nation should be very proud.
