I think I worked out in the film that on top of my usual lengthy commute I have managed to walk an additional 21 kilometres in two days. And as if that isn't enough I go for a run!
I set myself a 25 minute target and cracked 4k so am pleased with that especially as it turned out warm and I had some minor sore spots.
I've decided this week will be a get back into it week and I'll stop at 25 minutes tops. Then I'll move onto going out for 30 mins running for a week or two and take it from there. It's nice to give myself a routine, I just need to ensure I do keep going once I am back on top of things as I know I can run solidly for 30 minutes.
Anyway it's going well, I'm still alive despite all the extra mileage I have clocked up and once again the running has helped counteract all the shit and negativity I have had to deal with at work this week.
