Qype: Horseshoes Inn in Shrewsbury

We stayed at Netley Hall for a long weekend with friends and once settled into our holiday cottage decided to walk into Dorrington to find somewhere for lunch. We were all expecting quaint village pub – none of us were expecting the standard and quality of Horeshoes.

We stopped for an impromptu lunch and were immediately seated and served.

Ordering a selection of sandwiches and soup we didn’t realise how generous the portions would be nor the quality of the food.

Everything we had was of a very high quality and none of left a trace of food on our dishes.

Even the coffee was of excellent quality.

If we find ourselves in Dorrington in the future we will make sure we at least have one meal at the Horseshoes Inn.
